Before You Return It...

We hear this ALL the time and you'll see it in tons of our reviews: "At first, I wasn't sure about the wallet... but after a few days of using it, it's become the best wallet I've ever owned."

We'll happily accept your return now, but we'd be doing you a disservice if we didn't try to encourage you to actually use our wallet for a few days before you make a decision. More often than not, you'll find that you absolutely love its function and form. 

Below are some common return reasons and the easy solutions to them. 

1) "Doesn't fit enough cards" or "It's too small." - We promise you, our wallet fits more cards than probably any other wallet on the market, including full size George Costanza wallets. Yes, it will get thick if you want to carry a ton of cards, but it will be thinner than your existing wallet if you try to carry the same amount. Most people who return for this reason did not even attempt to put the number of cards they wanted to carry in the wallet. They just looked at it and made their conclusion. Put the cards in, all of them, and you will see that it can hold it. Don't try to load 20 cards in all at the same time. Put a few cards in, then add a few more until you've loaded all your cards. It will hold them. 

2) "I didn't like needing to pull out every card to find the one I needed." - You should NEVER have to pull out all of your cards with our wallet. You simply use the pull tab to expose the cards and manually fan them out with your hands like a deck of cards. This is done while the cards are still partially in the wallet after exposing with pull tab. Tip: keep your most used two cards at the top and bottom of stack, those are the quickest and easiest to access. 

3) "I couldn't figure out how to use the wallet." - Our wallets are incredibly simple in nature. It does not open up like a traditional wallet. You simply load all your cards in the main pocket area and access them via the pull tab. You can store cash or other cards underneath the cash strap on backside of wallet or if preferred, you can throw the folded up cash in with your cards.  

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We have a no questions asked return policy, which means you can return your item for a full refund at any time.

Once your reach out to us, well send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed as we have systems in place to efficiently manage returns.

WARRANTY INFO

Our wallets are backed by our UNRIVALED Guarantee. If you damage, destroy, dog eats it, or even just flat out lose your wallet, we will replace it for free. You read that right. 

At PROOF Wallets, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality and durability. Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that your wallet will be repaired or replaced free of charge in the event of damage, regardless of the cause. We also cover lost or stolen items, subject to the terms outlined below.

UNRIVALED Guarantee | Lifetime Warranty Coverage:

  1. Repairs and Replacements for Damaged Products:
    PROOF Wallets will repair or replace any damaged product, regardless of how the damage occurred, for the lifetime of the product. There is no limit to the number of times a product can be repaired or replaced due to damage. This applies to all products we offer.

  2. Lost or Stolen Products:
    PROOF Wallets will replace any lost or stolen wallet one (1) time per wallet purchased. After this replacement, any further instances of loss or theft for that product will not be covered under this warranty. If a lost wallet warranty is redeemed, the ability to return the wallet for refund or exchange the replacement wallet is void. Warranty for damage/wear/tear remains valid for life. This clause only applies to our wallets. All other products are excluded from lost or stolen warranty claims.

Proof of Purchase Requirement:

To redeem your warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof include:

  • Order number from the PROOF Wallets website (for purchases made directly on our website).
  • Amazon order receipt (for purchases made via Amazon).
  • Physical or digital receipt from a retail location (for purchases made in-store).

Without proof of purchase, PROOF Wallets reserves the right to deny warranty claims.

Exclusions

Lost or stolen wallet warranties are not applicable for items purchased through third party retailers and only applies to wallets. All other products we offer are excluded from this portion of the policy. Lost or stolen warranties only apply to items purchased through our direct website (www.carryproof.com or through Amazon). Damaged/wear/tear warranty claims are covered under all circumstances. 

Warranty Abuse Prevention:

Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind to our customers; however, PROOF Wallets reserves the right to void the warranty at any time in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of the warranty policy. In such cases, PROOF Wallets will issue a full refund of the original purchase price to the original purchasing customer, and no further claims under the warranty will be honored for that product.

Limitations:

  • This warranty is transferrable. Verification of original purchaser is required.
  • One-time replacement due to loss or theft per wallet.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and confirm that the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
