When Mike’s wallet was stolen during a music gig, he assumed it was gone for good—along with his MacBook and peace of mind. What he didn’t expect was that his favorite wallet would become the key to solving the mystery, thanks to quick thinking, an incredible warranty, and a little help from the PROOF team. Hi Proof Wallets!
I recently ordered your wallet and switched from Groove Wallets, and I love yours much better. I was only using it for a couple of weeks when my wallet and everything in it was stolen out of my backpack when I was on stage playing a show (I am a musician). Someone grabbed that out of my backpack from the green room as well as my MacBook.
I was wondering if I would be able to cash in on the warranty and get a replacement wallet shipped out to me. If not, that’s okay as I have no way of proving to you guys if my story is true or not other than my word.

Awesome, thank you so much! You guys are awesome, and I am stoked. Really, thank you. I was so stoked on the wallet when I got it and loved carrying it, so I was bummed that it got stolen just weeks after I got it.

I wasn’t really into metal for most of my life, but over the past couple of years, I became pretty good friends with a guy who is a metalhead and actually shoots guns in place of drums to typically all-metal music.
@gundrummer is his handle on YouTube/Instagram/etc. Definitely check him out; he’s a riot. So naturally, I’ve grown to appreciate metal since knowing him haha.

Hi Dana,
I was wondering if you could help me with something. As you know, my wallet was stolen at a show recently. This weekend at another, I ran into the guitarist from a band that we played a show with, which is the same show where my wallet was stolen. He was at the bar buying a drink, and I noticed that he pulled out a Proof Wallet.
When I asked him where he got it, he said he ordered it two weeks ago from the PROOF website, and that was the gist of the conversation.
The person's name is Jeremy [Redacted]. He lives in [Redacted], and claims to have purchased the wallet two weeks ago directly from the Proof website.

Hi Dana! Me again!
Just wanted to give you a HUGE thank you because your information led to me getting my MacBook back. I gave the information over to the police, and they followed up on it yesterday. They asked the guy about the wallet, told him that your records don’t show him as a customer, and then he changed his story to state that he got it from a friend of his.
I received my MacBook back this morning with 0 damage.
